目前唐钢焦炭的检验方法主要是冷强度及热转鼓强度,该方法均不能精确反映高炉内的实际条件。真正有意义的参数是焦炭反应至一定程度后在真实温度下的抗压强度。本实验采用可调气氛高温抗压实验机来克服常规检验的不足,研究焦炭在实际条件冶炼下的抗压强度,为唐钢焦炭的质量检验提供了一种新的方法。
In present,the main method of coke testing is strength at normal temperature and hot tumble strength.There can not reflect the real condition in blast furnace.The compression strength of coke after reaction is important under real temperature.In this article,a high temperature compressive testing machine with adjustable atmosphere were used to overcome the shortage of general test,study on the high temperature compression strength in blast furnace,which supplied a new way in coke testing for Tang steel.
