对断裂的30CrSiMoVA钢飞机摩擦盘连接片进行化学成分、硬度、金相、扫描电镜和能谱分析。结果显示,连接片合金成分偏离30CrSiMoV钢标准,V含量较低,s含量过高,合金力学性能降低;连接片断裂形式为硫化物在晶界处偏聚引起的晶间断裂。
The cracked 30CrSiMoVA connecting plate of planes friction disk was analyzed by chemical composition, hardness, metallographic, SEM and EDS analysis. The results show that alloy composition of the connecting plate deviates from 30CrSiMoV steel standard value, the reduce of mechanical properties of 30CrSiMoVA steel connecting plate due to the lower vanadium content and much higher sulfur content; the fracture morphology of connecting plate is inter-granular fracture for the segregation of sulfide in the grain boundary.
