研究了PMN-PT/Terfenol-D/PMN-PT三明治结构复合材料中的磁电耦合效应。通过电诱导磁测试系统得到该3层结构的电诱导磁转化系数,在电-机械谐振频率225 kHz时为6.94×10-7s/m,是个较大的转化系数。磁电压的相位在谐振频率附近增加了0.75π~π,且样品与磁场中的方向也对电场诱导磁输出的贡献不同。
The magnetoelectric effects in a simple PMN-PT/Terfenol-D/PMN-PT laminate composite were investigated.With testing setup for electric-field-induced magnetization measurement,the magnetoelectric coefficient of triple laminate composite reached to 6.94×10-7 s/m at electromechanical resonance 225 kHz,which was higher in comparison with the previous reports.The phase shifts of electric-field-induced magnetization had a significant increase of 0.75π~π.The direction of magnetic field had an obvious effect on the electric-field-induced magnetization.
