首先分析了直接转矩控制系统的主要特点,首次提出针对工程中电力拖动系统在无负荷和张力传感器条件下的智能负荷观测器的设计,以及新的速度补偿控制方法.详细分析直接转矩控制系统中的转矩与速度之间的关系和相互耦合影响.给出了基于智能负荷观测器的速度补偿控制的实现方法.并且给出了轧钢生产线上无张力控制系统的实际模型和试验结果.
The main features of direct torque control system were first analyzed. Different points of view werespelled clearly out. The design of intelligent load observer,as well as innovative methods of speed compensatedcontrol was proposed for the first time in electric drive systems under the condition of no load and tension sensor. Itwas a detailed analysis of direct torque control system of the torque-speed relationship and mutual coupling effects.Compensation of speed based on intelligent load observer control implementation,actual model and the test results ofcontrol system without tension on rolling production line were provided.
