设计开发了基于CAN总线的48行小麦精量播种智能监测系统,实现当精量播种机一行或数行发生堵塞等故障时发出声音报警,并在终端上显示故障以及故障行号。同时,提出了采用光电传感器作为排种管监测传感器,通过光电传感器输出模拟电压信号方式,有效地提高了光电传感器的抗尘性能。试验表明,小麦精量播种智能监测系统误报率低,最大报警响应时间低于0.5s,能够较好地满足实际应用需要。
Based on the CAN-bus,a new monitoring system for wheat precision planter is discussed in this paper.When the planter is failure,this system will alarm and display the fault.Use the photoelectric sensors monitor the seeding tubes.The performance of anti-dust improves by using the method of the photoelectric sensors putout the analog voltage.According to the test,this system has high sensitivity and low rate of false alarm,and is able to meet the actual needs.
