为提高电子设备的电磁屏蔽能力,在其内部加贴吸波材料是一条有效途径。在材料等本身参数一定的情况下,贴装位置与尺寸对屏蔽效果有明显影响,特别对复杂结构,需要同时考虑对散热的影响。文中提出了一种优化设计模型,通过某实际机箱的数值优化,说明了模型与方法的有效性。
To improve electromagnetic shielding capability of electronic equipments, an efficient way is to attach absorbing material to the inside of them. Given the material characteristics, the position and size of absorbing materials will have significant effect on electromagnetic shielding. Generally speaking, heat transferring property and structural deformation are needed to be considered in addition to electromagnetic field of the equipment. In this paper, an optimization model is constructed in order to find the optimal position and size of absorbing material. An actural electronic chasis is optimized as an example. The numerical results demostrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed model and method.
