2011年,环巢湖进入统一管理、统一规划、统一招商引资的大开发新时代。基于环巢湖旅游资源普查的基础上,分析了环巢湖旅游资源的优势与劣势,指出环巢湖旅游资源与旅游产品的关系属于R-P提升模式,建议应通过大手笔、高规格、综合型、联动式的大开发、大建设,突破资源自身的局限性,提升产品的档次与市场招徕力。现阶段应从巢湖治理、统一规划、大项目建设、产品体系构建四个大方面推动旅游开发建设;应大力发展二项核心产品(休闲度假旅游,温泉旅游),三项主导产品(生态旅游,乡村旅游,文化旅游),四项特色产品(健身体育旅游,美食旅游,科学考察旅游,红色旅游),从而实现一个目标,即把环巢湖营造成为国内外著名的滨湖型休闲度假目的地。
In 2012 , the Ring Chaohu development has entered a new era which is under unified management, planning and investment. Based on Ring Chaohu tourism resources census, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Ring Chaohu tourism resources, points out that the relation between Ring Chaohu resources and tourism products is kind of R-P upgrade mode, limitations of their own resources should be broken through big investment, high-standard, comprehensive, and linkage development, big construction, so that product quality and market attraction can get improved. At present, four aspects should be taken to promote the tourism development and construction:chaohu governance, unified planning, large projects and products system construction; two core products should vigorously get developed ( leisure tourism and spa tourism) ,together with three leading products ( eco-tourism, rural tourism, and culture tourism) and four peculiar products ( fitness sports tourism, food tourism, scientific exploration tourism, red tourism ) , so that a goal can get achieved: Ring Chaohu can become a famous lakeside for leisure and holiday.
