目的:观察舒心稳斑颗粒对动脉粥样硬化(AS)兔血脂及ICAM-1的影响。方法:40只日本大耳白兔随机分为空白对照组、高脂模型组、舒心斑颗粒组及辛伐他汀组,每组10只。对除空白对照组外的其余组大鼠运用高脂高胆固醇饲料喂养12周制备高脂血症合并AS模型,分别灌胃给药治疗。测定并比较各组实验兔血TC、TG、LDL—C、HDL—C、ICAM-1含量并分析ICAM-1在主动脉粥样斑块中的表达量。结果:与高脂模型组比较,舒心稳斑颗粒能明显降低血清TC、TG、LDL—C和ICAM-1的含量,同时也能明显降低ICAM-1在主动脉粥样斑块中的表达,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.01),对HDL—C的含量影响不明显(P〉0.05)。结论:舒心稳斑颗粒可改善高脂血症的脂质代谢,降低AS斑块中ICAM-1的表达,抑制AS斑块中的炎症反应,这可能是其防治动脉粥样硬化的机制之一。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Shuxin Wenban granules on blood lipids and intercellular adhesion molecule -1 ( ICAM - 1 ) in rabbits with atherosclerosis (AS). Methods : Forty Japanese white rabbits were randomly and equally divided into blank control group ,hyperlipidemia model group, Shuxin Wenban granule group, and simvastatin group. M1 rats except those in blank control group were treated with high - fat and high - cholesterol feed for 12 weeks to establish a rat model of hypedipidemia and AS. The Shuxin Wenban granule group and simvastatin group received respective treatments by gavage. Serum levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG) ,low - density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL - C ), high - density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL - C), and ICAM - 1 were determined and compared between the groups. The expression of ICAM - 1 in aortic atheromatous plaques was analyzed. Results : Compared with the hyperlipidemia model group, the Shuxin Wenban granule group had significantly reduced serum levels of TC, TG, LDL- C, and ICAM -1 and ICAM - 1 expression in aortic atheromatous plaques ( P 〈 0. 01 ) , but showed no significant change in HDL - C level ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion:Shuxin Wenban granules can improve lipid metabolism,reduce ICAM -1 expression in AS plaques,and inhibit the inflamma- tory response in AS plaques ,which may be one of the mechanisms by which Shuxin Wenban granules prevent AS.
