为研究胎儿官内发育迟缓(IuGR)对新生仔猪肠道生长发育的影响,比较了初生组(DO)、母乳饲喂3d组(D3)和母乳饲喂7d组(D7)3组中正常仔猪和宫内发育迟缓仔猪的小肠长度和重量、组织形态学结构及黏膜DNA、RNA和蛋白质含量。结果显示,初生时,新生正常仔猪小肠总重和黏膜重、RNA和蛋白质含量显著高于IUGR仔猪(P〈0.05)。新生IUGR仔猪小肠的肠壁厚度、绒毛高度显著低于正常仔猪(P〈O.05);而IUGR仔猪相对于体重的小肠长度极显著高于正常仔猪(P〈0.01)。生长至3日龄时,正常猪小肠长度、小肠黏膜重显著高于IUGR猪(P〈0.05),小肠总重、肌肉重极显著高于IUGR猪(P〈0.01);IUGR仔猪小肠的肠壁厚度、绒毛高度显著低于正常仔猪(P〈0.05),而IUGR仔猪相对于体重的小肠长度显著高于正常仔猪(P〈0.05)。7日龄时,正常猪的小肠黏膜RNA含量显著高于IUGR猪(P〈0.05),其余指标没有显著差别。整个试验结果表明宫内发育迟缓对仔猪小肠组织发育造成不利影响,导致新生仔猪小肠黏膜重量、蛋白质含量、肠壁厚度和绒毛高度的降低;IUGR仔猪的小肠组织生长在出生后1周内能部分实现补偿,而且补偿生长的实现是随着日龄增加逐步完全的。
The obiective of the study is to determine impacts of intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) on development of small intestine in newborn piglets, The small intestinal tissue weight, length, morphology, mucosal DNA, RNA and protein between normal piglets and IUGR piglets among newborn group (DO), group naturally suckled for 3 days (D3) and group naturally suckled for 7 days (D7) were compared, Results showed at birth (group DO), the weight of small intestine, mucosal weight, mucosal RNA and protein in normal newborn piglets were significantly higher than those in IUGR piglets (P〈 0.05). Small intestinal wall thickness and villus height in newborn IUGR piglets were significantly lower than those in normal piglets (P〈0.05). However, relative length of small intestine in piglets with IUGR was significantly higher than that in normal ones (P〈0.01). After naturally suckled for 3 days (group D3), the length of small intestine and mucosal weight (P〈0.05), the weight of small intestine and muscular weight (P〈0.01) in normal piglets were significantly higher than those in IUGR piglets. Small intestinal wall thickness and villus height in intrauterine relative length of small intestine in piglets with IUGR and in normal ones were the same status as group DO (P〈0.05). On 7 days of age, mucosal RNA of small intestine in normal piglets was significantly higher than that in piglets with IUGR (P〈0.05). There were no significances in other observed parameters between them, All results suggest that IUGR has disadvantage impacts on development of small intestinal tissue, which leads to reductions in mucosal weight, mucosal protein, wall thickness and villus height. IUGR piglet partly realized compensation growth during postnatal 1 week, and the compensation growth increased with age.
