面对当前市场竞争日益激烈的国际环境，认清自身和竞争对手的竞争战略对每个移动通信企业都显得尤为重要和紧迫。专利情报为技术创新研究提供了一个客观、理性和深入分析的途径。本文运用该方法构建起专利活动强度和专利质量相关的指标体系，并在此基础上通过矩阵分析对相关企业的技术创新战略予以剖析。本研究旨在认清我国移动通信产业的技术创新格局，进而明确国内企业的战略定位。研究指出，对于国内企业而言，主要的竞争威胁来自美国企业，其次才是欧洲和韩国企业。这不仅取决于企业的专利地位，也取决于企业专利战略运用的能力。
英文摘要：
Under the ever increasing global competition environment, identifying the various competitive strategies has emerged as an important and urgent issue for each corporation in the mobile communications industry. Patent information provides an objective and normative approach to analyze the technical innovation. Drawing upon the patent information, this article formulates an indicator system for penetrating its analysis into the technical innovation capacity. This study aims at recognizing the competitive structure of the technical innovation in China＇ s mobile communications industry. The authors conclude that the dominant threat comes from the corporations of the United States, and then the European and Korean. It not only lies on their patent positions but the capability of managing those patents as well.
