在实验室条件下,模拟脉冲式磷酸盐输入的方法,探究不同温度下磷酸盐脉冲输入对三角褐指藻生长的影响。结果发现:磷酸盐脉冲输入频率的变化影响三角褐指藻的生长,而且这种影响会由于温度的变化而不同。10℃低温条件下,无论是低浓度脉冲组还是高浓度脉冲组,随着磷酸盐脉冲周期的增加(输入时间间隔的增加),三角褐指藻的平均密度显著下降;25℃常温条件下,在低浓度磷酸盐脉冲组实验中,随着磷酸盐脉冲周期的增加,藻类的平均密度显著升高,而高浓度组磷酸盐脉冲频率对三角褐指藻生长影响不显著。
In this study, we explored the effect of pulsed phosphate supply on the growth of Phaeodactylum tricornutum in different temperature. Results showed that the frequency of pulsed phosphate supply affected the growth of Phaeodactylum tricornutum significantly,and the effect changed with temperature. Under 10 ℃ ,the average abundance ofPhaeodactylum trieornutum decreased significantly with the increase of phosphate pulse periods ( interval of input time) in low and high concentration pulse groups. Under 25 ℃, the average abundance increased significantly with the increase of phosphate pulse periods in low concentration of phosphate pulse groups, while in high concentration groups, there was no significant effect on the growth of Phaeodactylum tricornutum.
