文章在分析永磁同步电机(PMSM)驱动模型的基础上,研究了PMSM驱动系统继电型PI自整定策略。该策略的实现基于PMSM驱动系统的传递函数,首先通过继电非线性环节求得被控系统振荡频率和增益,其后使用改进的Ziegler-Nichols整定公式求取电流环与速度环PI控制器系数。文章通过搭建频域下传递函数模型和实际器件模型,分别仿真验证了继电型PI自整定策略的优良性能。
This paper presents the simulation research of relay auto-tuning scheme for the PI controllers based on permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drives. The tuning scheme is based on the manipulation of sys-tem transfer function. The relay auto-tuning scheme is employed to obtain the ultimate gain and ultimate period. The refinements of the Ziegler-Nichols tuning formula introduces the normalized gain and regulates firstly current loop and then speed loop PI controller coefficients. The tuning of the drive system is simulated both in s-domain and real-time model. Simulation results verify the performance of tuning for speed control.
