【目的】为探明不同光质对红叶桃叶片呈色的作用效果,【方法】以红叶桃品种‘红粉佳人’的2 a生苗为试材,以全光照为对照,研究了白、红、黄、蓝、绿5种颜色滤光膜下叶片色泽、色素含量和糖组分的差异。【结果】红、黄色滤光膜下叶片亮度值(L*)、花色素苷含量/叶绿素含量(Ant./Chl.)、类黄酮含量显著升高,红色饱和度(a*)、红色饱和度/黄色饱和度(a*/b*)与对照差异不显著;蓝、绿色滤光膜下a*、a*/b*变为负值,Ant.、Chl.、总酚、类黄酮含量显著降低;白色滤光膜下a*、a*/b*也为负值,Ant.和Ant./Chl.较对照显著降低。红叶桃叶片果糖含量与a*显著负相关,与Ant.有较高的负相关关系。【结论】红、黄色滤光膜处理下红叶桃叶片红色色泽较好,自由基清除能力强;蓝、绿色滤光膜下叶片色泽偏绿色方向,清除能力弱;白色滤光膜下着色也较差。可通过调节光质组成促进红叶桃叶片的呈色效果。
[Objective]To study the effect of different light quality on color generation of red-leaf peach, [Method] the changes of leaf color, pigment content, sugar component under white, red, yellow, blue and green color films were studied using 2-year-old red-leaf peach with full light as control. [Result] Lightness value (L*), the ratio between anthocyanin content and chlorophyll content (Ant./Chl.) and flavonoid content of leaves under red and yellow color films increased significantly while a value (a*) and a*/b* (b* value) showed no obvious difference compared with control. Leaf a* and a*/b* of blue and green color film treatments became negative with the decrease of Ant., Chl., total phenolic and flavonoid con- tent. Both leaf a* and a*,/b* became negative, meanwhile, Ant. and Ant./Chl. were lower than that of con- trol. A significant negative correlation between fructose content and a* was observed. There was also a higher negative correlation between fructose content and Ant. [Conclusion]Leaves of red-leaf peach had better appearance color and strong oxygen free radical scavenging capacity under red and yellow color films while leaves treated by blue and green color films were close to green and had weaker scavenging capacity. In addition, coloring effect of leaves under white color film was worse. Coloring effect can be im- proved by regulating composition of light quality.
