研究通过酸化、过滤、超声及酸化+过滤+超声等方法简单快速地对废水样品进行前处理,使用微型电化学分析仪,对环境水样中重金属铅和镉进行快速检测,并以国标法(火焰原子吸收法)作对照,旨在构建一种经济简便的适用于测定环境水样中多种重金属元素的快速检测方法。实验研究表明:本方法具有操作简便快速、样品消耗量少、灵敏度高、精准性好、实用性强等优点,适宜进行野外现场分析、实时环境监测。
In this study, a portable micro electrochemcal analysis instrument was used to rapidly detect heavy met-als lead and cadmium in environmental water samples when the samples were treated by acidification, filtration, ul-trasound and acidification +filtration + ultrasound, with the national standard method ( flame atomic absorption method) as a reference, with a view to building an economical and simple method for the determination of various kinds of heavy metal elements in environmental water samples. The experimental study shows that the method has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, less sample consumption, high sensitivity, good accuracy and practicability, suitable for the field analysis and real-time environmental monitoring.
