This paper based on customer＇s purchasing behavior,the paper formulates quality -price -sensitive time -varying demand function and builds a generalized joint replenishment and pricing model whose aim is to simultaneously determine the price,the order quantity and the replenishment time interval of maximizing the profit. We prove the conditions of existing unique optimal solution and give the solving method. Some special cases of the research are discussed so as to show that the model has broad applicability. Numerical example further analyzes how the impact factor of quality and the changing velocity of deterioration affect the profit and the decision variables.
