采用钚碳源(PuC)来刻度HPGe探测器,通过实验结果分析,探讨了快中子对HPGe探测器的损伤的影响以及石蜡材料对屏蔽中子的效应;研究了中子能量注量对P型高纯锗探测器HPGe的能量分辨率的影响,以及其能量分辨率随屏蔽材料厚度的变化关系。
HPGe detector is scaled by PuC source. The damage effect of the fast neutron on the HPGe detector and the shielding effect of Paraffin to the neutron are discussed through the analysis of experimental results, specially, it is concentrated on the effect of neutron fluence damage on energy resolution of the ptype-detector and the relation of the energy resolution to the thickness of shielding material.
