HTML5 is a RIA technology, it gives the freedom to render the interface in the browser through Canvas. At the same time, HTML5 is far from pure RIA technology, the WebSocket I/O communication model brings it into a real-time communication (RTC), that's very impor-tant for data monitoring and tracking systems. Specifications are listed for design and implement a data health monitoring and tracking so-lution in a new way.
