针对叶片松散回潮工艺的热风温度控制的极值问题,分析了常规控制图在热风温度环境控制中的局限性,提出了两极控制图（L-S控制图）的叶片松散回潮工艺的热风温度控制方法,阐述了两极控制图的计算方法,并通过实际应用验证了两极控制图在叶片热风温度控制中的有效性.

For the extremum control problem of the hot air temperature,this paper describes the limitations of traditional SPC control chart on the hot air temperature environment control and recommends to use one new control chart（L-S control chart）to monitor air temperature in loosening and conditioning process,expounds the calculation method of the L-S control chart,and compares the effectiveness of the two control charts.At last,the paper verifies the effectiveness of L-S control chart for the hot air temperature by practical application.
