利用有限元分析软件建立了基于超声行波驱动微流体的直管形模型,通过动力学分析,得到了模型的固有频率和振型,并研究了结构参数与频率的关系、频率与电压的关系,对了解直管形微流体驱动模型的动态性能,进行结构优化设计有一定的借鉴意义.
Ultrasonic travelling wave micro-fluid driving technique is a new theory technique. Using ANSYS finite element software, the model of straight pipe shape was given based on ultrasonic travelling wave driving micro-fluid. The model's inherent frequency and vibration model are obtained by the dynamic analysis. The relationship between structure parameters and frequency, and the relationship between frequency and voltage were discussed, which give a way to understand the dynamic characteristic of straight pipe model. It is also of significance for the structure optimization design.
