介绍了超声雾化的工作原理以及在无机盐合成领域中的应用,着重阐述了超声雾化技术在制备纳米级氧化物和复合物中的作用,对雾化的特点和影响因素进行了讨论。对超声雾化技术在无机盐合成方面的应用进行了展望,提出了一种制备纳米材料的新方法——空中化学沉淀反应法。超声雾化的雾滴尺寸细小,分布均匀,雾化效果容易控制。渴望在雾化原理方面做深入研究。
The mechanism and application of ultrasonic atomization in synthesis of inorganic salts were briefly introduced. The effect of ultrasonic atomization technique in preparing nano - sized oxides and complexes was represented in detail. Meanwhile, the features and influencing factors of atomization were also discussed. The author looked forward to the application of ultrasonic atomization technique in synthesis of inorganic salts and brought forth a new method of nano material preparation - air chemical precipitation reaction. Atomization effect was easy to control due to the fogdrops produced by atomization were small and uniform. It is expected to make further research on the mechanism of atomization.
