目的研究乳腺癌组织中HER-2蛋白和Survivin蛋白表达的相关性及其机制。方法采用免疫组化技术和图像分析技术检测24例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中HER-2、ERK1/2、p-ERK1/2、AKT、pAKT、Survivin蛋白的表达情况,对蛋白表达的相关性进行统计学分析。结果乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中HER-2蛋白和p-AKT、Survivin蛋白表达之间具有正相关性(P〈0.01)。结论乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中HER-2蛋白和Survivin蛋白之间可能具有正向调节关系,且其关系可能通过细胞信号转导蛋白pAKT参与完成。
Objective To study the relationship between HER-2 and Survivin expression in primary invasive ductal breast cancer and its mechanism. Methods Twenty-four invasive ductal breast biopsy samples were analyzed for the expression levels of HER-2,Survivin,ERK1 /2,p-ERK1 /2,AKT,and p-AKT proteins by immunohistochemistry and image analysis technology. The correlation of protein expressions was statistically analyzed. Results Immunohistochemistry and image analysis technology showed a significant correlation in protein levels among HER-2,p-AKT,and Survivin in the primary invasive ductal breast cancer tissues( all P 0. 01). Conclusion HER-2 expression significantly correlates with Survivin at the protein level in invasive ductal breast cancer tissues,and the correlation might act via p-AKT involved in.
