为了解决采场覆岩垮落时岩块间相互咬合形成的“三铰拱”式结构的稳定性问题,采用ANSYS有限元计算方法,分析了不同跨厚比和不同载荷强度对结构稳定性的影响。结果表明:当顶板“三铰拱”结构的跨厚比大于4时,覆岩载荷强度的增加只会导致结构的变形失稳;当跨厚比等于4或小于4时,结构只会在拱脚处出现滑落失稳。该成果对井下支护、提高开采的安全性具有一定的参考价值。
To deal with stability of "three-hinged arch" structure from bit rocks in the cave-in mining overlying strata, ANSYS finite element analysis was made of the effect of different cross-thickness ratio and of different load intensity of overlying strata on the stability of this structure. The result show: when the cross-thickness ratio is over 4, the increase of overlying strata load will only lead to instability of the structure; when the ratio is equal to or less than 4, there is only sliding instability at the foot of arch. The results have some reference value on underground support and the improvement of underground mining safety.
