目的:分离鉴定丹参内生真菌,考察其代谢产物粗提物的体外抗二磷酸腺苷(ADP)诱导的血小板凝集活性。方法:对丹参的叶、茎和根中的内生真菌进行分离,采用ADP诱导血小板凝集实验测试丹参内生真菌粗提物的抗血小板凝集活性,并用分子生物学方法对筛选出的活性内生真菌进行鉴定。结果:共分离得到80株内生真菌,发现5株内生真菌的粗提物具有良好的抗血小板凝集的作用。结论:丹参中分离的多种活性内生真菌具有潜在的抗血小板凝集活性,值得进一步研究和开发。
Objective:To isolate and identify endophytic fungi fromSalvia miltiorrhiza Bge.and screen their anti-platelet aggregation activity.Methods:Endophytic fungi were isolated from the leaf,stem and root of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge..The anti-platelet aggregation activity of endophytic fungi was detected with adenosine diphosphate(ADP)-induced platelet aggregation experiments.Then,active endophytic fungi were identified by molecular biological methods.Results:A total of 80endophytic fungi were isolated from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.,and the raw extracts from the 5strains showed significant anti-platelet aggregation activity.Conclusion:Several endophytic fungi of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.proved to have potential anti-platelet aggregation activity,and they were worth further research and development.
