从湖北某地淘汰鸭的脑组织分离到一株短杆菌,命名为JLLY,经分离培养、形态学检查、生理生化试验、PCR鉴定及测序结果的分析,分离菌株被鉴定为鸭疫里默氏杆菌（Riemerella anatipestifer）。在毒力测定试验中,将不同浓度的菌液腿部肌肉注射5日龄健康雏鸭。结果显示,分离株JLLY注射的试验动物无一死亡,可确定为无毒力。
英文摘要：
A strain of brevibacterium were isolated from an eliminated old duck in Hubei province and named JLIY. It was proved as Riemerella anatipestifer after morphological identification, biochemical tests, PCR identification and sequence analy- sis. The virulence test showed that there was no death in the animals injected with JLLY. It is indicated that JLLY was non- pathogenic.
