英文摘要：

By the review of the course of proposing internationally the idea of＂conservation of the 20^th Century heritage＂ this paper shows us the essence and connotation of the concept about ＂recent past heritage＂. By comparison of the evaluation criteria for documentation of heritage conservation at home and abroad, this paper makes analysis of the state of conservation and hidden crisis of the architectural heritage, the surroundings and culture-scape with a history in less than 50 years. It appeals for establishment of a theory system and technical framework for domestic conservation of the 20^th Century heritage.
