This research investigates the identification and measurement of Chinese enterprises＇ key risks under different shareholding structure （joint ventures and wholly-owned enterprises）, establishes the shareholding-structure-based governance mechanism for international risks prevention, and provides some suggestions for Chinese enterprises to timely avoid risks and to implement more effective governance in their international operation.
