This paper analyzes the unhealthy trend and its reasons of urban planning and construction in today′s China.The result is that urban planning and urban construction should pay special attention to china′s nationality,consider the actual demand of urbanites,especially the vital interests of disadvantaged.An intensive,reasonable,fair way of urban construction is also advocated in this paper.
