以乌梁素海沉积物中有机碳为研究对象,用统计学方法,分析其空间分布特征,同时估算了有机碳储量,从而为湖泊湿地生态系统碳循环提供了一定的信息。结果表明,有机碳含量垂直分布总体呈随沉积物深度的增加而降低的趋势,且以12 cm为界将沉积物分为2部分;水平分布总体呈现从湖中央向湖南北逐减的规律,有机碳平均含量为8.22~28.24 g/kg,均值为18.25 g/kg;有机碳密度为4.643 kg/cm2,有机碳储量为13.6亿kg;乌梁素海沉积物中有机碳含量与总氮密切相关。
By using statistical methods,the spatial distribution characteristic of organic carbon in sediments of the Wuliangsuhai Lake is analyzed.At the same time,the storage of organic carbon is estimated.This provides some information for the study on the carbon cycle of the lake wetland ecosystem.The results show that the vertical distribution of organic carbon content in sediments is generally decreased with the depth of the sediments,and the sediments are divided into two parts with the 12 cm as boundary.What's more,the horizontal distribution is gradually reduced from the central of lake to north and south.The change range of organic carbon content is 8.22~28.24 g/kg,and the mean value is 18.25 g/kg.The density of organic carbon is 4.643 kgC/m2,and the reserves is 1.36×109 kgC.The organic carbon and the total nitrogen is closely related.
