为了探讨胎次对荷斯坦奶牛产奶量和乳脂率的影响,本试验选用67头健康无病的荷斯坦奶牛,研究了胎次对荷斯坦牛305 d产奶量及乳脂率的影响,并分析胎次与产奶量及乳脂率的相关性.结果表明：胎次对奶牛产奶量的影响显著（P＜0.05）,而未对乳脂率产生显著影响（P＞0.05）.由相关分析可知,胎次和产奶量呈极显著正相关（r=0.452,P＜0.01）,胎次与乳脂率的相关不显著（r＝0.056,P＞0.05）.
英文摘要：
The objective of this study was to discuss the effects of parity on milk yield and milk fat content of Holstein cows. 67 305 d age healthy Holstein cows were selected in the dairy farm of the CPV Company in Holland to study the effects and relative analy- sis. The results demonstrated that parity affected milk yield significantly （P〈0.05）, but didn＇t affect milk fat content （P〉0.05）. Parity was significantly positively correlated with milk yield related （（r= 0.452, P〈0.01）, parity was not correlated with milk fat per- centage significantly（r= 0. 056 ,P〉0.05）.
