采用最新研制的干燥冷却一体机对含水量(质量分数)6%的 RDX 进行干燥脱水实验,在线跟踪监测干燥过程中的水分、静电和温度的分布,并运用菲克扩散方程对试验数据进行拟合分析,计算得到 RDX 干燥过程的有效扩散系数。结果表明,RDX 干燥过程没有经历恒速干燥阶段,而是经过短暂的升速阶段后直接进入降速干燥阶段,产品含水量(质量分数)不大于0.1%,满足工业生产使用的要求;干燥过程中的静电和温度的分布均满足安全操作要求;干燥有效扩散系数达到10-8数量级,干燥效率得到极大提高;RDX 连续干燥能力和干燥稳定性较好。
The drying experiments of RDX were conducted in a newly developed drying-cooling integrated machine. Distribution of moisture content,static electricity and temperature in the drying process were on-line monitored.A diffusion model was used to fit the experimental data and the effective diffusion coefficient for RDX drying was de-termined.The results indicate that there is a falling rate period after a short warm-up period and no constant rate pe-riod is observed.The moisture content of the obtained product is less than 0.1%,satisfying the product demand. The surface static electricity and temperature distribution in the drying process is rather acceptable for the safe oper-ation.The drying efficiency is greatly improved with the effective diffusion coefficient up to the order of 10 -8 .It manifests preferable drying capacity and stability in the continuous drying of RDX.
