针对担负多种综合利用要求的流域梯级水电站群,提出了满足各种综合利用要求约束的中长期优化调度数学模型,考虑到综合利用约束与常规约束条件的不同之处,采用一种POA改进算法求解模型。并将该模型应用于红水河流域梯级电站群,计算结果合理,方法可靠有效,提高了梯级水电站的经济效益和综合利用效益。
This paper establishes a mid-long term optimal operation model for cascaded hydropower stations within the various constraints for comprehensive utilizations.Taking into account the differences between conventional constraints and comprehensive utilization constraints,a modified Progressive Optimality Algorithm(POA) is used to solve the model.The model has been applied in the cascade hydropower stations along Hongshui River.The reasonable calculation results verify that the reliable and effective model is conducive to improving the economic benefit and comprehensive utilization benefit of cascade hydropower stations.
