从矿山环境影响评价的一个新视角——视觉污染定量评价出发,利用GIS技术中可视域分析方法进行矿山环境视觉污染评价,详细介绍了其关键技术。通过GIS技术提供的数据处理、地形分析、可视域分析、距离分析等方法,将矿山开采后裸露山体对周边环境形成的视觉污染进行分析计算和可视化表达;将矿山可视域分析结果与视觉污染敏感目标,如高速公路、居民区及公园等进行叠加分析,最终获得裸露山体对保护目标产生的视觉污染范围及强度;以南京市为例对所提思路和方法的可行性进行了验证。通过可视域分析评价矿山的视觉污染可以提高评价结果的科学性。
From a new viewpoint, visual pollution is considered an impact assessment in mine environment. Viewshed analysis method by ArcGIS is applied to determine if the area is visual polluted by mining. The technical framework, key techniques and steps are introduced in detail in this paper. In the basic methods by ArcGIS, the visual bald mountain area caused by mining is calculated and visualized. The area where crowds always gather can be set as sensitive target, such as highways, parks or residential areas. By overlying the visual polluted area and target objects, the influence of visual pollution can be visualization and quantitative assessment. The method is applied in Nanjing. The results show that visual pollution assessment of mine based on GIS can provide more reasonable and scientific assessment.
