RP—Agent是山西省轧制过程中心用来对轧制过程自动化系统进行协同智能控制架构的核心模型,采用基于Gaia的开发方法,通过对轧制过程自动化控制中大量的具体工艺对象进行详细的需求分析后发现,将整个控制系统中的所有对象总结并归纳为5类关键问题,在这5类关键问题的基础上对应建立了5种系统角色,即通讯中心角色、协调中心角色、控制中心角色、环境对象角色和公共黑板角色。以热连轧精轧出口温度控制为实例,运用Gaia图形化语言建模方法,建立了面向实际应用的RP—Agent交互模型,在此基础上设计出面向RP—Agent的主体模型和服务模型。
RP-Agent is used as the core of the rolling process automation system model collaborative intelligent control architecture in the Center of the Rolling Process of Shanxi Province. With the development approach based on Gala, and the detailed needs analysis on the large number of specific process objects in rolling process automation control, all objects in the whole control system were grouped and summarized into five key issues. On the basis of these five key issues, five kinds of corresponding system roles were established, including communications center role, coordinating center role, control center role, environment role and public blackboard object role. With the hot strip mill outlet temperature control as an example, Gaia graphical modeling language to establish a model for the interaction of RP-Agent. And on this basis the main model and the service model for the RP-Agent were designed.
