对花生仁中脂肪酸进行气相色谱指纹图谱研究,为花生的质量评价及原产地溯源研究提供依据。利用毛细管气相色谱对花生仁脂肪酸进行分析,并利用GC—MS技术确认指纹图谱中的特征指纹信息,进行相似度分析和主成分分析(PCA,Principalcomponentanalysiso对4个省份的花生仁进行了测定,获得了包含16种脂肪酸的GC特征指纹图谱。指纹图谱结合化学模式识别分析是实现花生的质量控制和原产地溯源研究的一种技术手段。
The GC fingerprint of fatty acids in peanut seed was used to provide evidences for quality assessment on peanut seed and trace the geographical origins of peanuts at different provinces of China. Capillary gas chromatography was applied in analysis of fatty acids in peanut seed, and the distinctive information was confirmed by GC-MS with species similarity analysis and principal component analysis. The GC fingerprint containingl6 fatty acids distinctive information was obtained after investigation of peanut seeds from 4 provinces. Fingerprints combine with chemical pattern recognition analysis is a kind of technical means for peanut seeds quality control and origin research.
