采用实验室自制的聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵与高取代度阳离子淀粉复配作为乳化剂乳化AKD蜡粉制备新型AKD乳液,以亲水亲油平衡(HLB)值理论和有机概念图理论为指导,研究了不同的复配比例以及乳化过程中温度、转速、时间对乳液性能的影响,并通过SEM图直观分析了新型AKD乳液与传统AKD乳液的不同。实验结果表明,新型AKD乳液具有更好的施胶效果,且对乳化反应条件要求大大降低,无假施胶现象出现。
The AKD wax was emulsified by using laboratory-made polyamine and cationic starch with high substituted degree as emulsifier. Based on the HLB value theory and organic concept map theory, the effects of the ratio of polyamine and cationic starch, the temperature, mixing speed and time during emulsifying on the properties of the emulsion were investigated. The difference between the new AKD emulsifier and traditional AKD emulsifier was analyzed by the SEM. The results showed that the new AKD emulsion has better sizing effect and there is no false sizing phenomenon.
