以乙酸锌和六次甲基四胺的水溶液为前驱体溶液,微波回流10min,成功制备出结晶性好的半导体哑铃状ZnO。用X-射线衍射分析、能量色散X射线分析和场发射扫描电子显微镜对粉体进行了表征。结果表明,ZnO呈哑铃状,单分散、粒径分布均匀,沿c轴择优取向对称生长,平均直径300nm,长度达微米级。并对哑铃状ZnO的生长过程进行了简单分析。
Using Zn( CH3 COO)2 and (CH2 )6 N4 as starting materials and distilled water as solvent, semiconductor dumbbell-like ZnO microcrystals with high crystallization had been successfully prepared by microwave irradiating and refluxing for lOmin. The as-prepared powder was characterized by XRD, EDX and FESEM. The results indicated that the dumbbell-like ZnO with average diameter of - 300nm and lengths up to the degree of micrometer growing along c axis direction was obtained. The growth mechanism of dumbbell-like ZnO nanocrystals was simply discussed.
