车辆运行噪声已成为一个重要的城市污染源,国内许多大城市交通噪声污染严重,汽车噪声源包括发动机、变速器、驱动桥、传动轴、车厢、玻璃窗、轮胎等,但主要噪声来源是发动机噪声和轮胎行驶噪声。以某型高压共轨柴油机为研究对象,在不同工况下,测量了柴油机的整机噪声、怠速噪声和频谱特征,提出采用复合阻尼吸声材料降低柴油机噪声。研究结果表明,更换内冷式发电机,同时采用吸声材料覆盖摇臂罩盖和油底壳,可以降低标定工况点的整机噪声1d B(A),降低怠速噪声1.7d B(A);摇臂罩盖处400Hz、2500Hz频率的声压级明显下降;油底壳处500Hz、1600Hz频率的声压级明显下降。
Vehicle noise pollution has become an important source of pollution in the city,in the domestic traffic noise pollution in many big city is serious,and automotive noise sources including engine,gearbox,drive axle,transmission shaft,carriages,glazing,tires,etc.,but the main noise source is the engine and driving tire noise. It aims at a certain type of high pressure common rail diesel engine as the research object,The engine noise,idle noise and spectrum characteristics under different working conditions were measured. The technical measure by using composite damping material to reduce engine noise was proposed. The results showed that after using internal cooled generators,covering diesel engine rocker and oil pan with composite damping materials,compared with the original engine,the diesel engine noise of calibration operating point reduced 1d B(A),the idle noise reduced 1.7d B(A),the sound pressure levels of rocker cover at 400 Hz and 2500 Hz decreased significantly,and the noise of oil pan at 500 Hz and 1600 Hz also decreased.
