增强高校科研创新团队内部知识转移绩效对于提高组织学习能力、促进组织蓬勃发展具有重要意义。通过来自于江苏省高校科研创新团队成员的136份有效问卷调查,从知识特性、情境特征、知识源特征、知识接收者特征四个方面,实证研究了高校科研创新团队内部知识转移的关键影响因素。经过统计检验,验证了知识因果模糊性、学习文化、制度支持、知识源沟通编码能力、知识接收者沟通解码能力、吸收能力、团队规模、团队结构对于高校科研创新团队内部知识转移绩效的显著性影响。通过识别关键影响因素,提供管理策略,以促进知识转移绩效和知识创新。
To promote the knowledge transfer within the scientific research and innovation teams is significant for the improvement of the organizational learning ability and the development of the teams. With 136 valid questionnaires responded by members of scientific research and innovation teams in universities in Jiangsu, we analyze the influence factors of knowledge transfer within scientific research and innovation teams in universities from four aspects: the knowledge transferred, the context of transfer, the knowledge source and the knowledge recipients. The statistic test shows that the causal ambiguity of knowledge, learning culture, support system, encoding capacity of knowledge sources, decoding and absorptive capacity of knowledge recipients, team size, and team structure all have significant effect on knowledge transfer within the scientific research and innovation team in universities and colleges.
