本科生的学习主动性对其学习活动起着启动、增强、维持和调节作用,是考察高校教学质量的关键因素。通过对国内8所研究型大学1 225名电子信息专业本科生的调查发现,本科生的学习主动性总体状况较好,学生的学习内驱力处于较高水平,而学习效率感相对较低。本科生个人背景变量(性别、年级、家庭经济背景、学生干部经历)对其学习主动性存在显著性影响。其中,男生、大二和大三学生、未担任过学生干部的学生和来自低收入家庭学生的学习主动性相对较低。学习内驱力、学习意义感、学习效率感、学习自控性均对学生学习收获产生正向影响,其中学习自控性的影响力最大。
University students' learning initiative plays important roles in stimulating, enhancing, maintaining and regulating the learning activities and it is the key factor which affecting the quality of teaching.The survey on 1 225 students from eight re- search universities shows that university students' learning initiative is high on the whole, especially, the students' learning drives is the highest, the efficiency of learning is relatively low.Students'personal background variables, such as sex, grade, students leader experience and family economic background, have significant impact on undergraduates' learning initiative.The boys, soph- omore and junior students, students who not served as student leaders and students from low-income families have lower learning initiative.The learning drives, the recognition of learning significance, the efficiency of learning , and learning self-control have positive influence on students' learning achievement and the factor of learning self-control has the most impact among them.
