利用灰色系统理论,以目标序列之间的关联度作为目标函数,从而将多目标优化转化为单目标优化问题.在冲压成形的稳健设计中,通常需要满足多个目标,如不拉裂、不起皱、变形充分等质量要求.通过实验设计,利用FEA软件获得冲压成形中各个目标对应的响应值.对目标序列的灰色关联度进行方差分析,得到目标函数的最优解,从而获得最佳参数.研究表明,将灰色理论应用到冲压成形稳健设计中,取得了满意的结果,该方法在多目标稳健设计中有很大的适用性.
Based on the grey theory, the multi-objective robust design can be converted into a single objective robust design by the grey rational grade. In the stamping robust design, multi-objectives need be met, such as not resulting in crack, not resulting in wrinkle, and enough deforming. On the basis of design of experiment, each objective value was obtained by making use of FEA. The analysis of variance for the grey relational grade was implemented, and the optimum value of multi-objectives was obtained, so that the optimum combination of the factors was confirmed. It is showed that the optimum multi-objective result is obtained making use of the grey theory in the stamping, and it can be used to solve the multi-objective robust design adequately.
