在企业自身运力有限及旗下多个配送中心运力不均的情形下,考虑多产品、多车型、产品互斥性和产品-车辆匹配等因素,提出了多中心、多车型、存在车辆租赁和共享的开环车辆路径问题,并建立其非线性规划模型。基于“分段处理,整体优化”的思想,设计了一种基于多次扫描操作和阶段信息反馈的“两阶段自适应遗传算法”。以重庆天友乳业物流分公司业务数据为例,验证了模型的可行性和有效性。最后,对模型参数进行了灵敏度分析。
