测量系统的重复性和再现性(R&R)变异是测量值波动的一个重要来源,它对于控制图的性能会造成影响。基于R&R分析,讨论了测量系统能力对控制图性能的影响,结果表明符合要求的测量系统对控制图的性能影响不是很明显,否则影响较大,并通过一个仿真示例验证了该结果。
The repeatability and reproducibility variation of measurement systems is a major source of differences of measurement data fluctuation, and influences the performance of control charts. Based on the analysis of the repeatability and reproducibility(R&R) of measurement systems, this paper analyzes the effects of the measurement system's capability on the performance of the control charts. The analysis and a calculation instance show that incapable measurement systems have great influence on the performance of control charts, while the capable ones have little influence on it.
