Based on the statistical data at Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Region from 2000-2014, according to the gravity center theory and grey correlation theory, an analysis was made of the dynamic changes of population gravity center, GDP gravity center, the center of the primary industry, the tertiary industry and the secondary industry in Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Region. The results show the fol- lowing three aspect. The distribution of GDP, the population, the primary industry, the tertiary industry, and the secondary industry are indeed imbalanced in Guanzhong-Tianshui. From the curve of the gravi- ty center and the grey correlation degree, the tertiary industry is the main factors affecting the popula- tion migration. The secondary industry is the main factor affecting the economic development. The dis- tribution of the population gravity＇ s curve is concentrated, and the curve of economic gravity centre shows a trend of being away from geometric center.
