英文摘要：
Opening theory is based on Neijing＇s Xuanfu theory and developed by doctors later from that. Xuanfu is thought to be the water channel,air gateway and spirit gate,which can provide the treatment idea for clinical treatment of various skin diseases. The paper discussed the meaning and characteristics of the Xuanfu theory and main pathogenesis of skin diseases. It is believed the organs disharmony is the main pathogenesis of skin diseases,stressing the importance of dredging and providing the guidance for the clinical treatment of skin diseases thinking of according to the early,middle and late stages in order to open Xuanfu. It emphazes dredging qi to give a way for evil out in order to nourish blood and Qi.
