通过醋酸锌在一缩二乙二醇中热醇解反应制备了纳米晶ZnO微球,探讨了在醋酸锌热醇解法制备过程中升温速率对醇解反应温度和ZnO微球粒径分布的影响。在此基础上采用种子法制备了ZnO微球,考察了种子液加入量和反应时间对ZnO微球粒径分布的影响,并尝试使用SJN-30硅溶胶和SiO2微球乳液为种子液制备核-壳结构ZnO复合微球。
The nanocrystalline zinc oxide (ZnO) microspheres were prepared through the thermal alconolysis reaction of zinc acetate in diethylene glycol (DEG), and photonic crystals of the zinc oxide opal were obtained by the self-assembly of the microspheres. The effect of beating rate on the alcoholysis temperature, the microsphere size and its distribution were investigated under the scanning electronic microscope (SEM) and transmission electronic microscope (TEM). Based on the alcoholysis method, zinc oxide microspheres were prepared by using seed solution as nucleus to induce the formation of the spheres, and the influence of seed solution amount added and reaction time on the size of zinc oxide microspheres were also discussed. The core-shell microspheres by using silica gel, silica colloid or polystyrene colloid as core (seed solution) and ZnO as shell were also explored.
