阐述了生态经济学和个人发展的目标手段谱之间的关系,生态经济学和个人面对的问题分类与解决途径,生态经济学中的思维方式,在此基础上总结了学习生态经济学的作用;论述了生态经济学方向研究生培养中存在的问题,并与个人的成功要素对应起来提出了解决问题的思路.最后,从研究生要相信自己,加强基本技能训练,培养健商,培养逆商,培养情商,制定计划然后力行等方面阐述了生态经济小组采取的发展对策.这项研究对生态经济学方向研究生以及其他专业老师和学生的自我完善,具有一定的借鉴意义.

英文摘要：

The aim of this paper is to provide the readers with experience and viewpoint on the education of postgraduate who mainly engages in ecological economics.First,the paper explores the link between the aim-means spectrum of ecological economics and individual development,the existed issues and solutions confronted by individual and the way of thinking in ecological economics.Based on the analyses,in this paper,the role that ecological economics has played is further summarized.By combination of natural and social sciences,science and faith,ecological economics develop a sustainable solution for people to understand the reality,control their own destiny.Through awareness and exploration of the laws of ecological and economic systems,every one is able to be a person who not only is good to society but also be conducive to the earth. Secondly,the paper illustrates the issues existing in relevant postgraduate education.For the graduate student＇s personal self-improvement and promoting the development of ecological economic group,this paper mainly relates to the universal problems,which can be summarized as follows： 1） unclear self-analysis,2） lack of problem-solving skills and 3） too fragile. Finally,combining with the ways to success,the train of thought has been put forward to solve them.The countermeasure include： 1） encouraging the postgraduate to improve their self-confidence,2） strengthening their basic skills,3） cultivating their emotional intelligence and adversity quotient and 4） making suitable plan and putting into practice. This study is important and significant for setting up some proposals for developing ecological economics group and make teachers and students majoring in ecological economics and other fields to promote and perfect themselves.
