开放式创新是组织解决内部复杂的技术、外部多样的需求与封闭的企业边界之间矛盾的重要途径。为突破现有主要聚焦于创新资源、过程和行为模式等外显结构的局部分析框架,本文以典型企业为样本展开深度案例分析,从逻辑视角揭示组织在多元制度情境下进行开放式创新的复杂机理。研究发现多元制度情境对组织开放式创新具有系统性影响:组织随其成长而动态嵌入于制度情境,并因此形成包括获取、扩展和控制三种导向的创新逻辑,进而在其外显创新结构和行为层面表现出不同特征。其中,组织内部的个体创新认知和群体创新共享基模是推动创新逻辑形成的重要因素。
Open innovation is an important means for an organization to settle the conflict among the technical complexity,the demand diversity and the closed enterprise boundary.This research takes JN Company as a sample,and does an in-depth case analysis from the perspective of creative implicit logic,to reveal the complex mechanism of SMEs' open innovation in multivariate system situation.This study suggests that multiple system context factors influence the open innovation system:The organization system is embedded in the organization dynamically as it grows,and three innovation orientations are formed,namely acquisition,extension and control.The research has discovered different characteristics in explicit innovation structure and behavior,and the individual innovation cognition and group-shared base model are important factors driving implicit innovation logic.
