以四氯化钛为原料、聚丙烯酸(PAA)为修饰剂,采用胶溶-水热处理工艺制备了超细PAA/TiO2纳米粉体。利用XRD、BET、XPS等分析技术对PAA/TiO2进行了结构表征。实验结果表明:由于PAA能有效抑制在水热过程中TiO2粒子的生长和团聚,从而制得同时具有小粒径、大比表面积、高晶化度的锐钛矿相PAA/TiO2纳米粒子,且PAA/TiO2纳米晶表层的氧空位数量、吸附氧数量及表面羟基量均显著增加,这些因素都有利光催化反应并能显著改善催化剂的光催化性能。
The superfine PAA/TiO2 nano powders have been synthesized by peptization - hydrothermal process using titanium tetrachloride as material and polyacrylic acid (PAA) as modifying agents. The samples were characterized by XRD, BET, and XPS. The results suggested that PAA can effectively control the growth and agglomeration of PAA/TiO2 particles. So, the PAA/TiO2 with small size, high specific surface area, and high erystallinity can been obtained. On the other hand, the amount of adsorbed O2, surface hydroxyl and oxygen vacancies on the surface of the PAA/TiO2 is increased remarkably. These factors can markedly improve the photocatalytic activity of TiO2.
