SWH信号通路是在果蝇与脊椎动物之间共同存在的保守信号通路。SWH信号通路在果蝇与脊椎动物的器官发育中起一定的作用。在哺乳动物细胞中,维持生理平衡的过程中的压力信号激发STK3。当sTK3被过度表达时会引起细胞凋亡。RAF1有抑制sTK3的作用。通过RNAseq和微阵列的实验数据可以看出RAF1与TP73在头颈部鳞癌中的关系,可以看出RAF1与SWH信号通路的关系在头颈部鳞癌中可能的作用。
SWH signaling path is a conserved in Drosophila and vertebrate. SWH signaling pathway plays a role in organogenesis in Drosophila and vertebrate. In mammals, stressing signals activate STK3 in order to maintain homeo- stasis. Over - expressed STK3 may trigger apoptosis. RAF1 may suppress STK3. The relationship between RAF1 and TP73 may be found from the experimental data of RNAseq and microarray. Possible roles of the relationship between RAF1 and SWH signaling pathway in head and neck squamous carcinoma is discernable.
