自上个世纪90年代起,GPS定位系统在测量中的广泛应用迅速崛起。基于GPS的测量方法也开始在城市测量中得到了广泛应用。其中CORS测量定位方法,因为其实时、高精度、区域全覆盖等特点,解决了城市更新带的控制点丢失问题,并且在城市测量的各方面也得到了广泛的应用。利用CORS进行房产测量,不但简化了传统方法布设图根控制点的过程,而且可以快速获取测区的控制资料。本文结合成都市CORS,介绍了成都市CORS在房产测量中的应用实例。

英文摘要：

Since the 90＇s,the GPS positioning system is widely used in measuring. Measurement method based on GPS has been widely used in the city measuring. Because of its advantages of real- time、high precision and complete coverage,it overcomes the problem of control points lost due to urban redevelopment. And there is also a wide range of application in urban measurement. The real estate survey based on CORS not only simplifies the traditional layout method for mapping control point of the process,but also can quickly access the survey area of control data. This paper introduces the application of real estate survey based on Chengdu CORS.
